Doximity is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Leader to support our growing sales organization.In this role, you will take ownership of data integrity, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment to ensure our Doximity Talent Solutions CRM (Salesforce) and supporting systems accurately reflect business performance.
We are looking for a driven individual who is ready to take ownership, build, optimize, and scale the operational backbone of our sales organization. You’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of sales operations for the Doximity Talent Solutions team — defining scalable processes and systems that drive excellence and growth.
As an integral member of the Operations team, the Sales Operations Lead will work closely with the Sales Reps to ensure contract data is translated accurately into the system. This role will also work closely with the Finance Revenue team to address discrepancies, optimize processes, and ensure reliability for accurate revenue forecasting and recognition.
This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters, Dallas Office OR remotely in the U.S.
What we’re looking for- Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or related roles
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM (reporting, data management, and workflow optimization)
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience turning complex data into business insights, process improvements and commitment to data accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without formal authority
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of partnering effectively across Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance detail orientation with strategic perspective
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and brings curiosity, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- A proactive mindset, with a track record of driving initiatives that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Exposure to Operations best practices and tools
- Champion operational & CRM excellence: Own data integrity across Salesforce, ensuring contract terms and sales documentation are translated correctly into the system. Lead initiatives to strengthen data governance, streamline workflows, and ensure Salesforce remains a reliable system of record for contracts and revenue.
- Drive scalable process: Identify inefficiencies, gaps, recommend enhancements, and partner with stakeholders to implement scalable, efficient workflow and reduce risk.
- Process Design: Build scalable end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to order fulfillment and customer success.
- Support revenue operations: Manage provisioning of new subscriptions, renewals, and upsells to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with revenue recognition standards. Aligning cross-functionally to align revenue forecasting, pipeline management and pricing strategies.
- Data & Analytics: Establish CRM infrastructure and data governance to drive insights and performance tracking. Partnering with Data Analytics to drive reporting dashboards.
- Tooling & Automation: Select and implement technology stack (CRM, CPQ, analytics, etc.) to streamline sales and reporting
- Act as a subject matter expert: Serve as a go-to resource for the Salesforce process. Provide guidance on Salesforce usage, data quality standards, and operational best practices, while mentoring peers and contributing to team-wide enablement.

Compensation
The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $140,000-$200,000 (inclusive of salary + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
