Dynatrace is seeking to add a Sales Operations Intern to its Global Sales Operations - Systems and Processes team to address its growing need to enable flawless and secure digital interactions for Dynatrace customers. As a Sales Operations Intern, your work will help create a world where software works perfectly.
Your role at DynatraceWe are looking for a Business, Sales, Information Systems or similar student with junior or senior level standing to join us this summer on our Global Sales Operations - Systems and Processes team. This is a full-time, paid internship.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sales Operations team and other teams cross-functionally
- Develop partnerships with colleagues inside and outside of the Sales organization
- Learn and understand the sales process for a Software as a Service (SaaS) product
- Master SFDC CRM tool and other various Sales Operational software
- Develop operational measurements, identify business process challenges, and provide recommendations
- Define and document processes
- Assist with SFDC data cleansing and proactive data monitoring
- Support with various tasks including content creation for sales training, onboarding, and reporting
The Sales Operations Intern will partner with Sales Leadership, Enablement and Operations and will gain hands-on industry experience in the Tech Sales field.
What will help you succeedMinimum Requirements:
- Education: Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Information Systems or similar field of study
- Local to Boston, MA and able to come to the office 4 days per week
Preferred Requirements:
- Work experience: 0-1 Years.
- Considering a career in sales or technology
- Proficient in all Microsoft suite applications with a heavy focus on Microsoft Excel
- Curiosity, passion, integrity, and outstanding attention to detail in professional and personal pursuits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment
