About Icon

Icon is a venture-backed fintech company reimagining retirement and financial benefits for the modern workforce.

We're building infrastructure that didn't exist before, making retirement benefits portable, accessible, and designed for the way modern businesses and employees actually operate.

You'll join a lean, high-velocity team where your contributions have immediate and visible impact. We move fast, challenge convention, and believe the retirement industry is long overdue for a new way of thinking.

Our culture is built for people who lead with curiosity, take ownership seriously, and do their best work when the path isn't yet paved. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow alongside a company solving a meaningful problem for businesses and the people who work for them.

If you're energized by big challenges, eager to learn, and excited about what's next in fintech, Icon is where you come to build something that matters.

Where You'll Work

Our team is based in Denver, CO, where we come together four days a week in a collaborative, energetic office environment. We believe great work happens when great people are in the same room sharing ideas, moving fast, and building something new together.

Sales Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational link between our partnerships team and our customers. You will manage the administrative and coordination workflows that keep our partner-sold deals on track, including HubSpot CRM management, facilitating smooth handoffs to Customer Success, supporting new customers in their first interactions with our platform, and providing weekly sales analytics to the Director of Sales. This role is perfect for a proactive, relationship-oriented junior professional who wants to build a career at the intersection of partnerships, sales, and customer success in fintech.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration & CRM Management

  • Maintain and update all HubSpot CRM records including deals, contacts, and company profiles
  • Monitor pipeline data for accuracy and flag missing or outdated information
  • Support the Director of Sales and Director of Partnerships with scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation needs
  • Prepare and present weekly sales performance reports and pipeline summaries to the Director of Sales

Deal Handoff Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end handoff workflow when partner-sold deals are ready to transition to the Customer Success team
  • Ensure complete and organized deal documentation is ready before each handoff
  • Maintain a handoff tracker and proactively communicate status to all relevant stakeholders

 What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative coordination
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable
  • Experience with CRM tools - HubSpot a strong plus
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive work ethic - you follow through and get things done
  • Interest in growing within fintech, SaaS, or financial services

Nice to Have

  • Prior internship or work experience in a tech or fintech company
  • Familiarity with sales workflows, pipeline management, or deal processes
  • Basic experience building reports in HubSpot, Excel, or Google Sheets
  • Customer-facing experience of any kind

What We Offer

  • Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Equity - because everyone on the team should share in what we're building
  • On-site office perks – 24 hour access to gym
