Doximity is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support our growing sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company’s CRM system (Salesforce) through proactive data management and reporting. As an integral member of the Operations team, the Sales Operations Associate will work closely with the Client Success Managers to ensure contract data is translated accurately into the system. This role will also work closely with the Finance Revenue team to address discrepancies, optimize processes, and ensure reliability for accurate revenue forecasting and recognition.
This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.
How you’ll make an impact
- Ensure CRM data aligns accurately with signed contracts and sales documentation.
- Proactively monitor opportunities, terms and deliverables spanning new contracts, upsells and amendments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Finance, Deal Desk, our Pricing Team and other internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and support accurate revenue forecasting.
- Own the provisioning process for new subscriptions, renewals and upsells.
- Ensure Sales Operations processes are documented and consistently performed.
- Maintain integrity and structure of accounts in Salesforce.
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes and tools to drive efficiency and scalability as well as support implementation.
- Support maintenance of dashboards and reporting within Salesforce to help monitor key performance indicators and ensure data accuracy.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience with high-volume data management
- Proficiency in Salesforce (required)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Effective communicator, able to engage easily with cross-functional partners
- Thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Nice to Have
- Some technical and reporting aptitude within Salesforce environment
- Experience with Jira
- Exposure to Operations best practices and tools
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, including basic formulas and pivot tables
Compensation
The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $85,000-$105,000 (inclusive of salary + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
