Job Description

This is a hybrid position based at our headquarters in Ponte Vedra, FL, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office, with the remaining time worked remotely, based on business needs and team schedules.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Operations Analyst supports the field sales team and leadership by assisting with sales analytics, forecasting, territory planning, compensation modeling, sales incentive program support, and quota management. This role delivers actionable insights by developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs, while providing ad hoc analysis to drive strategic decisions across sales, product management, and talent acquisition functions. The analyst reviews sales data to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, enabling the sales team to achieve growth objectives.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary internal point of contact for field sales team in assisting with (1) weekly sales forecasting, (2) surgeon-territory alignments, (3) sales incentive program support, and (4) direct buy activities
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the field sales team is trained and adopts these tools to support effective sales performance tracking.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast field activity, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as needed to field sales team members and leadership.
  • Support CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (AcuityMD) maintenance and optimization, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, finance, talent acquisition, and commissions, to streamline sales operations.
  • Monitor sales pipeline activity and ensure data integrity within the tool.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales incentive programs.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and productivity applications to support day-to-day sales operations tasks, including drafting communications, summarizing data, and streamlining routine reporting workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales processes.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
