OneDigital is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Sales Operations Analyst to support the scaling of our PEO sales team. In this role, the person will maintain Salesforce accuracy, support reporting needs, and enable reps and managers with the data and tools required for effective selling. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Technology to ensure processes run smoothly and reporting is reliable.
Success in this role means the sales team has full confidence in the accuracy and usability of Salesforce data, dashboards, and reports. Tools are well adopted, processes are documented and followed, and sales leadership has access to timely, actionable insights to drive decision making. A successful individual becomes a trusted operational partner across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Technology
This is a full-time remote position.
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000-$85,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Import leads and manage Salesforce queues
- Maintain dashboards and assist with performance reporting
- Administer Zoomlnfo, Orum, MiEdge, and Salesforce Engage
- Conduct data hygiene audits and track compliance
- Support documentation of sales processes and reporting protocols
- Contribute to onboarding, training, and change management
- Manage Salesforce reporting, imports, queue management, and territory assignments
- Conduct regular audits and enforce data hygiene standards
- Create dashboards for sales velocity, pipeline health, and lost opportunity tracking
Sales Tools & Enablement
- Administer and train on MiEdge, Zoomlnfo, Orum, Salesforce Engage
- Ensure tool adoption and ROI tracking
Data & Reporting
- Deliver actionable reporting and analytics on conversion rates, activity tracking, lead source categorization, and territory performance
- Develop and maintain optimization reports
Process Design & Compliance
- Document lead routing, tagging protocols, pipeline stage definitions, and sales lifecycle workflows
- Support campaign execution in partnership with marketing and ensure cross functional alignment
Training & Change Management
- Support Salesforce training, onboarding, and refreshers
- Provide field enablement on lead management, CRM protocols, and pipeline hygiene
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience in Sales Operations will also be considered.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Salesforce Admin, or Sales Support
- Proficiency with Salesforce dashboards and reports
- Familiarity with Zoomlnfo, Engage, or similar sales tech a plus
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Comfortable supporting cross-functional teams
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
