The Job At-A-Glance:
The Q2 Sales Enablement team is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst who will be responsible will assist the Q2 sales team in structuring deals which includes pricing, packaging, gross margin, and discount analysis. In addition, the Sales Operational Analyst will be responsible to collect, analyze, and report sales related information in an ongoing attempt to increase sales productivity. If you have the ability to think critically, analyze complex data and communicate results clearly, this is the role for you!
A Typical Day:
- Provide contract negotiation between prospects, clients and Q2 stakeholders
- Coordinate the slotting of implementation projects with delivery teams
- Interpret operations and sales data and provide dashboards and summary information to the senior leadership team
- Oversee Salesforce or other systems data integrity
- Design and implement process improvements
- Ensure Salesforce utilization across sales teams
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Sales Operations and other departments to facilitate an open dialogue around business needs and expectations
- Analyze requests for proposals and coordinate response plan with sales teams
- Analyze customer extensions and renewals, product cancellations and customer terminations
- Collect, analyze and report on pipeline data
- Collect sales trends and evaluate performance calculated against sales quotas
- Provide ad hoc reporting as needed
- Create and deliver presentations to sales leadership
Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field preferred
- Typically requires 2-3 years’ experience managing a CRM system (Salesforce.com is strongly preferred)
- Attention to detail, a commitment to quality, results driven and customer focused
- Experience with RFP/Proposal software/processes; proficiency in MS Word/Excel and Proposal Management Software is strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of banking practices and software sales is preferred
- Ability to perform complicated analysis such as long-term forecasting for a complex sale cycle
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues.
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
