TradeCentric is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader with a passion for connected technologies and a proven ability to drive company revenue by delivering cloud integration solutions that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and enable scalable digital transformation for customers. This role leads and mentors a team selling TradeCentric’s integration solutions that connect eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, OroCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.) with eProcurement systems (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP). It drives new logo acquisition sales targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations.

As Sales Manager at TradeCentric, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing your sales team including recruiting, hiring, training, ramping, and driving quota attainment. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this role oversees day-to-day sales execution while ensuring the team excels in applying the Same Side Selling methodology to win new business. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can balance strategic vision with tactical execution.

Report to: VP of Sales

Pay Range: Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, with (OTE) of $130,000-$150,000. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Work Location: This role is 100% remote. While we prefer candidates based in the below city/states, we are open to considering candidates from other locations if you feel you meet the role’s qualifications. Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy
• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies aligned with company growth goals and market opportunities.
• Partner with the VP of Sales to set sales targets, OKRs, and quotas, tracking progress and driving accountability.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
• Forecast, commit and deliver sales targets 

Team Management & Development
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales and business development professionals, providing ongoing guidance and feedback.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with training and HR resources to develop a robust and outcome oriented onboarding process that yields sales team members that achieve quota within 6 months of hire.  
• Manage and refine outbound prospecting strategies in partnership with Business Development Reps.

Client Engagement & Business Development
• Use a consultative, Same Side Selling oriented approach to understand prospects’ desired results, issues, and impacts to their business, tailoring solutions accordingly.
• Position TradeCentric’s value proposition with key decision makers and guide deals through the full sales cycle to closure.
• Partner with Marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns, measuring and optimizing results.
• Represent TradeCentric at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Share insights with leadership on market trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
• Provide feedback to the Product team to influence product enhancements and ensure solutions remain competitive.
• Collaborate across functions to streamline sales processes and remove barriers to success.

Operational Excellence
• Maintain accurate CRM data (pipeline stages, client information, win/loss reasons, etc.) to ensure reliable reporting.
• Proactively support cross-team initiatives and contribute to the overall success of TradeCentric.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales management experience in SaaS, iPaaS, or web technology solutions, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Expertise managing multi-stakeholder, complex sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • Experience leading Business Development teams and implementing effective outbound strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to senior executives.
  • Strategic thinker and problem-solver, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of modern sales methodologies with a preference for Same Side Selling (or similar consultative approaches).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in eCommerce software technologies or data integration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, Gong, Seamless.ai, or similar sales tools.
  • Formal training or demonstrated application of structured sales methodologies (Same Side Selling strongly preferred).
