As we expand our footprint throughout the United States, we’re looking for an ambitious, autonomous, and execution-focused Regional Sales Manager to own our presence in New York and across the broader U.S. market. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Identify Target Prospects 
Conduct research to uncover high-potential clients, including commercial office buildings and corporate tenants. 

Client Engagement 
Initiate contact with new leads, schedule and conduct product demonstrations, consult on industry best practices, and guide stakeholders through the sales cycle. 

Relationship Building 
Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, channel partners, distributors, architects, and consultants. 

Sales Funnel Management 
Maintain an up-to-date CRM to track leads, opportunities, deal progress, and post-sale engagement. 

Partner Development 
Build and activate a network of official Yellowbox distributors and resellers to accelerate regional scale. 

 

What You Bring 

  • 3–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial real estate tech, workplace solutions, access control, IoT, or proptech sectors 

  • Proven success managing both direct sales and channel partner relationships 

  • Strong project management and operational skills, including hardware or systems deployment oversight 

  • Experience with CRMs and pipeline accountability 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders 

  • Willingness to travel across the U.S. for client meetings, site visits, and tradeshows 

  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
