How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead regional sales strategy and execution to drive order intake and market share.

  • Develop and implement account plans and regional growth strategies.

  • Collaborate across business units using the One Hitachi approach.

  • Drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and forecast accuracy.

  • Champion solution-based selling and strategic marketing campaigns.

  • Build and maintain key customer relationships and alliances.

  • Provide market feedback to influence product and service innovation.

  • Represent the region in global sales forums and initiatives.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in renewable energy or power conversion.

  • Proven success in managing remote sales teams and complex sales cycles.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

  • Proficiency in SFDC, Excel, Power BI, and sales enablement tools.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support regional and customer needs.
