Position: Sales Manager 

Department: Sales for Olive & June

Work Location: 100% Remote 

What you will be doing: 

Olive & June is looking for a driven Account Lead with experience managing mass or drug retail accounts (Walmart, Walgreens, CVS). The scope of work for this role encompasses relationship management, holistic wholesale revenue and performance management, including buyer management, marketing / promo planning and budget oversight. This role requires collaboration with internal and external teams, strong project management skills, and comfort with ambiguity.  

  • Manage partnerships with mass retailers and broker partners; including key launches, space location, and stock. 

  • Maintain positive relationships with retailers to align priorities, strategize, and problem-solve.

  • Drive the performance of key accounts to ensure that sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities are maximized.  

  • Own all marketing calendars associated with the channel, working with the cross functional teams to ensure flawless execution. 

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, data, and marketing.  

  • Drive thoughtful, strategic growth within the channel. 

Skills needed to be successful in this role: 

  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to produce effective presentations and plans to influence clients 

  • Proven results of driving business within existing partners and successfully launching new partnerships 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities 

  • Able to receive and communicate feedback directly 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree 

  • 5 + years of account management or sales experience across mass retailers 

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis 

In California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $60,259.97 - $ 90,389.96 annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
