monday.com is seeking a Sales Manager - Multi-Product to lead and scale our CRM, Service, Dev and AI business across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a Sales leadership role with full accountability for ANZ multi-product growth outcomes. You will own a significant regional revenue number, lead a team of experienced, high-performing overlay sellers, and play a critical role in accelerating monday.com’s multi-product (CRM, Service, Dev, AI) momentum across the ANZ market.
In this role, your will manage five seasoned Sales professionals covering all market segments, with a clear mandate to expand the organisation by an additional 3–4 hires over the course of the year as the business continues to scale.
- 5+ years’ experience in SaaS Sales Leadership, ideally within a high-growth or scale-up environment
- Proven experience leading and scaling revenue teams with ownership of large regional targets
- Strong understanding of multi-product or platform-based enterprise sales motions
- Experience across CRM, Service, DevOps and/or AI-driven solutions strongly preferred
- A credible, outcome-oriented people leader with a track record of building and retaining top talent
- Highly analytical and operationally strong, with the ability to drive clarity in complex environments
- Comfortable operating at regional leadership level, balancing autonomy with global alignment
