monday.com is looking for a Sales Manager on our Commercial Mid-Market Account Management team to help us drive our success forward!


About The Role

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing our account management team by providing expert level sales knowledge and coaching while also pushing for process improvement and strategically leading the team to exceed goals.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience as a B2B account manager (quota carrying)
  • Experience selling a suite of SaaS products to Executive level/practitioner stakeholders
  • Proven track record renewing customers on multi-year agreements
  • Strong handle coaching AMs on account prioritization, self-sourcing qualified pipeline, and mitigating risk across portfolio and pipeline
  • Success implementing, and measuring, an outbound motion to identify whitespace across customer portfolio
  • Comfortable operating in a high-velocity/volume Sales environment. Strong time-management skills.
  • Experience managing teams in a high volume sales motion, selling to SMB and MM customers.
  • Experience managing teams who own the full post sales customer journey including Commercials, Success Planning & Renewals
  • BA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 3x per week in our NYC office.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $160,000-$185,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
