What You'll Do
You'll utilize your roofing sales experience to generate business, manage restoration projects, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while developing the skills needed to move into leadership.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners throughout the restoration process
- Oversee roofing and restoration projects while ensuring quality production and customer satisfaction
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing future sales representatives
- Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
- Help drive team performance, accountability, and market growth
- Learn leadership systems and management strategies directly from experienced company leaders
- Develop the skills necessary to transition into a Team Lead or Market Leader role
Important Training Requirements
To set every team member up for long-term success, all Denver hires will complete a 180-day training program in Dallas, Texas before launching in the Denver market.
During training, you'll work directly with experienced leaders, learn our proven sales and leadership systems, and gain hands-on experience managing restoration projects.
This immersive training program is designed to provide the knowledge, confidence, and leadership foundation necessary to successfully build and grow the Denver market.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience required
- Proven ability to generate sales and manage customer relationships
- Strong understanding of roofing, restoration, and insurance claim processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Leadership potential and a desire for career advancement
- Valid driver's license required
- Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Willingness to relocate to Dallas, Texas for the required 180-day training program
