We are seeking self-motivated Sales Interns that are excited to learn more about account management and sales techniques in a fast-paced, essential industry. The Sales Intern will report to the Sales Engagement Manager. To be successful as a Sales Intern you must have a solid work ethic and a knack for customer service.

As a Sales Intern at Integrity you will:

  • Attend New Hire & “Road to Success” Sales Training
  • Be mentored by and work alongside an experienced Logistics Account Executive
  • Perform various account management tasks such as load building, appointment scheduling, phone management and email correspondence
  • Negotiate rates with carriers
  • Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods by making dispatch and check calls
  • Apply what you’ve learned and begin making prospecting calls to potential customers
