About the RoleWe're hiring a Sales Growth Partner to help drive the next phase of Carebility’s growth. This is a front-line sales role for someone with insane energy, contagious positivity, and the grit to break down doors. You’ll be prospecting leads, booking meetings, experimenting with AI-powered outreach, and building relationships with key players in healthcare.
You'll work directly with our Director of Sales and have direct access to our founding team — CEO, CTO, CPO, and CDO — who all roll up their sleeves and deeply support go-to-market growth. Research and personalize outreach to decision-makers in healthcare
Use tools like Intercom, ChatGPT, and Close to stand out
Collaborate on outreach copy, cadences, and growth experiments
