We are seeking a high-performing Senior Healthcare Sales Executive to drive strategic growth. This is a mission-critical, full-time role for a dynamic sales leader who thrives on building high level relationships, closing deals, and making a tangible impact. About the Role:
Sales Executive – Hospitality
In this high-visibility role, you will lead the charge in expanding Relay Robotics' footprint within hospitals and health systems. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business, expanding relationships within existing accounts, and developing winning strategies that position Relay as the partner of choice for service robots
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the healthcare/hospital market.
Develop strategic account plans and engage with multiple decision makers in each hospital or system to win business
Identify and pursue new opportunities through all means at your disposal, including networking, events, referrals, or cold calling.
Expand Relay’s presence into new health systems and grow new bookings within existing hospital networks.
Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer requirements and showcase Relay’s value propositions.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of solution sales experience in hospital settings.
Proven success in selling complex solutions and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Strong track record of relationship building, pipeline development, and closing high-value deals.
Ability to quickly understand technical aspects of Relay’s products and translate them into customer value.
Entrepreneurial mindset—a self-starter who thrives in fast-growing, evolving environments.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
