Position Overview
A growing logistics organization is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to develop new business across domestic and international transportation services. This role involves the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, solution design, pricing, negotiations, closing, and seamless handoff to operations. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure strong service delivery and long-term customer retention.
Build and manage a strong revenue-generating pipeline.
Leverage an existing book of business to deliver at least $40K in monthly GP.
Sell Domestic Freight, Air, Ocean, Warehousing, and Customs Brokerage services.
Conduct discovery calls and design tailored logistics solutions.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing models.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and transition accounts to operations.
Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting data.
Collaborate with operations and account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
RequirementsExperience & Skills
3–7+ years of successful experience in freight forwarding or 3PL sales.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
Portable book of business with no non-compete restrictions.
Strong consultative, hunter-style sales approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven territory planning.
