See something that should exist? Build it.
See a better way? Do it.

At Terrific, every role directly impacts how we grow from product to revenue to customer experience. We’re building the next generation of social commerce through live shopping powered by real-time data and AI.

And we believe customer data should belong to the brands who earn it — not third-party platforms.

See an opportunity? Open it.
See a path to revenue? Own it.

At Terrific, we're building the next generation of social commerce — helping brands turn content, creators, live experiences, and AI into commerce they own.

We're looking for a Sales Executive to grow Terrific's presence in the US market.

This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a mature territory and manage an existing book of business. We're looking for a builder: someone who can identify the right companies, create conversations, develop opportunities, and take deals from first contact through close.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Commerce is moving closer to content.

Brands are investing heavily in creators, social platforms, video, AI, and digital experiences — but much of that engagement still happens outside the environments brands own.

Terrific helps change that.

As a Sales Executive, you'll work directly with brands, retailers, agencies, and partners to identify where Terrific can create measurable commercial value and turn those opportunities into revenue.

You'll have the opportunity to help shape how we sell in the US, not simply follow an established playbook.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
  • Building and managing your own US sales pipeline.
  • Identifying and prospecting high-potential brands, retailers, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Running discovery conversations that uncover real business problems, priorities, and commercial opportunities.
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders across eCommerce, Marketing, Media, Digital, Innovation, and Revenue.
  • Translating Terrific's technology into clear business value for each customer.
  • Developing proposals, pilots, and commercial opportunities.
  • Owning deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
  • Maintaining disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-up.
  • Working closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and leadership to move opportunities forward.
  • Identifying patterns in the market that help improve our positioning, product, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Growing initial customer relationships into larger commercial opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE

You're a salesperson who likes to create opportunities rather than wait for them.

You know how to get into accounts where you don't already have a relationship.

You're curious enough to understand how a company actually makes money before trying to sell to it.

You can speak credibly with senior executives, but you're equally comfortable doing the hands-on work required to build pipeline.

You don't confuse activity with progress. Meetings are useful; qualified opportunities and revenue are better.

You're comfortable selling something new, where the customer may not already have a budget line or RFP waiting for you.

And you're energized by the opportunity to help build the sales motion rather than inherit one.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling technology, SaaS, eCommerce, MarTech, AdTech, media, or related solutions.
  • A track record of generating pipeline and closing new business.
  • Experience selling to brands, retailers, agencies, or eCommerce organizations.
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate commercial value rather than relying on product features.
  • Comfort working with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong pipeline discipline and ownership of the full sales cycle.
  • Understanding of the US brand, retail, eCommerce, marketing, or media ecosystem.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with significant autonomy.
  • Genuine interest in AI, social commerce, creators, content, and the changing way consumers discover and buy products.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • Consistently building qualified pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound opportunities.
  • Opening relationships with high-value US brands and strategic partners.
  • Converting discovery conversations into pilots and commercial opportunities.
  • Closing new recurring revenue.
  • Expanding successful initial engagements into larger accounts.
  • Maintaining an accurate pipeline and reliable forecast.
  • Developing repeatable patterns that make Terrific's US sales motion stronger over time.
  • Becoming a trusted commercial partner to customers, not simply a vendor.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

Most enterprise sales roles ask you to execute an existing motion.

This role asks you to help build one.

You'll have direct access to leadership, significant ownership of your market, and the opportunity to influence how Terrific positions and sells a new category of commerce technology.

We're looking for someone who wants their impact to be visible — in the customers we win, the revenue we generate, and the sales engine we build.

REQUIRED
  • Based in the United States and able to work effectively across US time zones.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Deep experience in at least one of Terrific's three commercial pillars — eCommerce, Marketing, or Media — and enough fluency across the other two to contribute credibly from day one.
  • Demonstrated experience owning new-business revenue and the full sales cycle.
  • Ability and willingness to generate your own pipeline.

Be part of the change that's reshaping how people discover and buy online.

This is a full-time, exclusive position and is not compatible with concurrent full-time or part-time employment with another company.

This is a quota-carrying role. Success is ultimately measured by qualified pipeline, new MRR/ARR, and closed revenue.

Required:
  • Deep experience in at least one of Terrific’s three commercial pillars — eCommerce, Marketing, or Media — and enough fluency across the other two to contribute credibly from day 1.
  • Terrific operates as a global company, and English is our primary business language. As such, all roles require fluency in written and spoken English.

Be part of the change that’s quietly reshaping how people discover and buy online.
Passionate about social media and e-commerce? Come build what’s next at Terrific.

Please note: We review every application carefully. While we may not be able to respond to everyone, we will reach out to candidates whose experience aligns with what we’re building.
