We currently seek an accomplished and strategic-minded Sales Executive focused on Strategic Channel Sales to aggressively build and execute a high-impact channel sales strategy. This critical role emphasizes pipeline creation, deal origination, and deal closure through strategic channel relationships with renewable energy and energy efficiency developers serving Fortune 500 and institutional clients across commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
You will actively build and nurture an ecosystem of strategic channel relationships, creating sustainable, recurring revenue opportunities by aligning complementary solutions from Redaptive with developer offerings. This role demands a results-driven individual who thrives in execution-heavy sales environments and is highly adept at both strategic planning and tactical pipeline generation.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Develop and execute a robust channel strategy designed to create a sustainable and consistent pipeline of opportunities through strategic channel relationships.  

  • Aggressively originate, qualify, negotiate, and close financing deals, owning end-to-end responsibility from pipeline generation to revenue recognition.  

  • Establish and maintain an ecosystem of strategic channel relationships, creating complementary and repeatable go-to-market solutions.  

  • Provide regular, executive-level communication and updates to senior leadership, clearly articulating pipeline performance, channel strategies, challenges, and successes.  

  • Serve as a primary internal advocate, building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations) to efficiently resolve issues and streamline deal execution.  

  • Proactively identify, onboard, train, and enable new channel partners, providing ongoing support and resources necessary to maximize partner success and drive consistent deal flow.  

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing strategic insights and recommendations that shape channel strategies 

Required Abilities and Skills: 

  • 15+ years’ experience in channel sales, business development, or strategic channel management within renewable energy, energy efficiency, or project finance sectors.  

  • Demonstrated success and deep relationships with national and regional developers targeting Fortune 500 and institutional markets (Commercial, Industrial, Municipal, University, Schools, Hospitals).  

  • Proven record of consistently originating and closing complex deals involving structured financing solutions.  

  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce CRM, utilizing detailed metrics and pipeline management practices.  

  • Experience navigating internal processes and influencing cross-functional teams to facilitate rapid and efficient deal execution.  

  • Comfortable and effective in a fully remote work environment with a professionally equipped home office.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Prior experience structuring strategic channel relationships specifically with Fortune 500 procurement, sustainability, or corporate real estate teams.  

  • Familiarity with advanced energy data analytics platforms and smart-building technologies.  

  • Knowledge of tax equity financing and project finance structures.  

  • Prior exposure or experience within high-growth environments scaling channel ecosystems rapidly. 

  • Execution-oriented sales leader who excels at converting strategic vision into actionable, measurable results.  

  • Skilled relationship builder who can quickly establish trust and credibility both internally and externally.  

  • Strategic thinker with an ability to pivot seamlessly between high-level strategic direction and hands-on tactical execution.  

  • Strong executive presence, with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
