The Sales Executive will drive growth by identifying clients, building relationships, and delivering tailored healthcare fintech solutions, requiring frequent travel for client meetings.
We were tired of hearing that healthcare is broken, so we decided to do something about it. At Nomi Health, we believe the care itself isn’t broken — it’s the business of healthcare that gets in the way. Every year, more than $1 trillion is wasted on paperwork, delays, and middle layers that drive up costs and keep people from the care they need.
We’re rebuilding the system so it works the way it should: clear prices you can trust, faster payments that keep providers focused on patients, and data that helps employers make better decisions. Our work has already touched more than 30 million lives — from local communities in Michigan to some of the largest companies in the country.
We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive to help lead Nomi’s growth across the Southeast and Midwest regions. You’ll partner with the Vice President, Sales Leader to identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term relationships with TPAs, brokers, and consultants. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, crafting tailored solutions from Nomi’s suite of healthcare fintech products and services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in consultative selling and wants to make a measurable impact in the evolving healthcare benefits industry.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Identify and engage potential clients within the TPA, broker, and consulting ecosystem.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to drive market expansion.
- Partner with the VP, Sales Leader to align on sales strategy and execute client visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions across Nomi’s suite of analytics, PBM, and network products.
- Leverage market research and networking to generate qualified leads and new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to align on client needs and deliverables.
- Travel up to 50% for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare, benefits, or fintech, ideally selling to TPAs, brokers, or consultants.
- Strong understanding of the TPA ecosystem and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Consultative sales approach with exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to closing and relationship management.
- Experience with healthcare analytics, PBM, or network contracting solutions is a plus.
Nomi Health delivers disruptive healthcare solutions, in partnership with like-minded employers, public sector organizations, advisors (brokers/consultants), and payers/TPAs. We’re a team of 300+ people who show up every day with the same mindset: don’t settle for “that’s just how it is.” Real change happens when you challenge the system, cut through the excuses, and build something better together.
