Who We Are:

Winning today isn’t about spending more. It’s about knowing more. Understanding more. Seeing more. And acting sooner than everyone else.

Mogul & Co. isn’t just an agency, we are The Media Intelligence Company — a combination of predictive technology, advanced analytics, and high-performance media execution designed to answer one question with clarity:

How does every $1 in media create the next $10 in revenue and business growth?

We are entering a pivotal phase, expanding rapidly with high revenue growth, and building a commercial organization capable of supporting that scale. The Sales Executive is a foundational role in that evolution.

Our leadership integrates two worlds:

  • Silicon Valley hyper-growth operators with experience building frontier AI and data platforms.

  • Fortune 500 and agency executives who have managed global P&Ls, overseen billions in media investment, and led major transactions.

This blend shapes how we operate: focused, precise, data-driven, and oriented toward long-term value creation.

About the Role:
The Sales Executive will support Mogul & Co.’s new business efforts across agencies, brands, and enterprise advertisers. This role is ideal for a motivated early-career seller who wants to learn the media intelligence category, grow under senior leadership, and contribute to a fast-scaling commercial team.

You will develop pipeline, engage prospects, support deal cycles, and play a key role in introducing clients to Mogul & Co.’s predictive intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Pipeline Development

  • Prospect and qualify new leads across agencies and brands

  • Support development of a consistent, high-quality pipeline

  • Assist in early-stage outreach and opportunity identification

Client Engagement

  • Participate in discovery calls, introductory meetings, and presentations

  • Support relationship-building with mid-level client contacts

  • Help identify where predictive intelligence can improve outcomes

Revenue Support

  • Assist senior sales leadership in preparing proposals, pitch materials, and follow-up

  • Coordinate across internal teams during evaluation and onboarding phases

  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and updates in CRM systems

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Media Ops, Analytics, and Product teams to understand capabilities

  • Translate client needs into internal insights

  • Support preparation for industry events, briefings, and prospect meetings

Professional Growth

  • Learn enterprise sales fundamentals within a high-performance environment

  • Build knowledge across media buying, analytics, measurement, and intelligence

  • Progress toward deeper ownership of accounts and opportunities over time

Who You Are:

Qualifications:

  • 1–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

  • Exposure to media, advertising, data, analytics, or adjacent industries (preferred)

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate value clearly

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workflows

  • A proactive, curious, and growth-minded operating style

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within small teams

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with agency or brand ecosystems

  • Interest in analytics, intelligence, or AI-driven media solutions

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $60k-$85k; OTE $90k-$130k+

  • Quarterly bonuses and sales commissions tied to performance

  • Equity participation (long-term upside as Mogul & Co. scales)

This role offers a clear development path toward senior sales roles, including potential future progression into enterprise ownership or leadership positions as Mogul & Co. expands rapidly.

Why Now?

The media intelligence category is at an inflection point. As brands face mounting pressure to prove ROI and agencies compete to demonstrate strategic value, the ability to predict outcomes before dollars are spent has become a competitive necessity—not a nice-to-have.

Mogul & Co. is capitalizing on this moment. We're a fast-growing startup in the midst of significant expansion, with strong revenue momentum and increasing demand from agencies and enterprise brands who recognize that traditional media planning is no longer sufficient.

Joining now means:

  • Ground-floor impact — You'll help build the commercial organization during our highest-growth phase, not after the foundation is set

  • Category creation — We're not selling in an established market; we're defining what media intelligence means and how it transforms outcomes

  • Accelerated growth — As we scale rapidly, so do the opportunities for those who contribute early and meaningfully

This is the window where your work has exponential impact—both on the business and your own career trajectory.

What Makes Us Different

Most agencies optimize media. Some analyze it. Very few can predict it.

Mogul & Co. sits at the intersection of innovative technology and real-world media execution. We're not a pure-play tech platform selling software, and we're not a traditional agency relying on experience and intuition. We're building proprietary predictive intelligence that merges cutting-edge AI and data science with

Where others report on what happened, we show clients what will happen. Where others manage campaigns reactively, we architect them proactively using intelligence that didn't exist before.

The result? Clients don't just get better performance—they get foresight, clarity, and confidence in every dollar invested. That's the difference, and it's why we're winning in a crowded market.

Culture & Working Style

We operate with the energy and urgency of a fast-paced startup, but we're not chaotic. We're intentional.

What that means day-to-day:

  • Move fast, but with precision — We value speed and execution, but not at the expense of quality or strategic thinking

  • High collaboration — Our hybrid model is designed for connection. We work cross-functionally, share insights openly, and believe the best outcomes come from diverse perspectives working in sync

  • Ownership mindset — Everyone here is expected to think like a builder, not just an executor. You'll have autonomy, accountability, and the freedom to shape how we work

  • Data-driven decisions — We don't rely on gut feelings or politics. We test, measure, learn, and adapt based on what the data tells us

Hybrid flexibility with purpose: We believe in-person collaboration drives breakthrough thinking and stronger relationships, so we prioritize time together. But we also trust our team to work effectively wherever they're most productive.

If you thrive in environments where things move quickly, where your contributions are visible and valued, and where you're surrounded by smart, driven people building something meaningful—you'll fit right in.
