What you’ll do
- Build, nurture and execute pipeline in collaboration with business development, marketing, partners, pre-sales and legal.
- Own the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- Project manage responses to RFIs/RFPs.
- Articulate Kyriba’s unique business values.
- Collaborate with other Kyriba teams including product, sales operations, etc.
- Maintain a heathy and well managed CRM – Salesforce – in order to provide updates on a regular and ad-hoc basis related to committed sales outcomes, short term forecast views, longer term projections.
- Travel throughout USA to deliver targeted presentations to prospective customers.
What you bring
- Results driven individual with a minimum 5+ years of successful experience in selling SaaS solutions required.
- Solid understanding and experience of selling into financial services (non-bank) space – private equity, asset managers, broker/dealers, etc.
- Curious, competitive, outgoing team player. Must be self-motivated, humble, caring, and empathetic.
- A good listener who asks the right questions to get prospects to talk.
- A confident communicator who knows their value and can offer tailored solutions.
- Knowledgeable about the industry, understands treasury concepts, and proactively updates themselves on industry trends for personal and organizational knowledge.
- Strength in strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling.
- Experience using Salesforce.com.
- Possess excellent negotiating and professional networking skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed depending on assigned account set.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness.
For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is: $133,250.00 - $168,575.00 annual salary based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and/or a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
