Under direct guidance from a sales manager, the Sales Executive works alongside Sr. Sales Executives who are responsible for selling and renewing assigned accounts to learn the sales process and to grow their sales skills, in order to advance to the next level.
The Sales Executive learns how to use a persuasive nature and creative methods to qualify leads, cultivate relationships and close deals that drive new revenue. They also gain knowledge of Inmar’s solutions and how to consultatively present information and new ideas that solidify and grow the account, while effectively cultivating relationships.

Primary Accountabilities:

Influence (50%):

  • Perform outbound cold calls to generate leads and new sales opportunities

  • Respond to inbound requests as assigned

  • Secure calls/meetings; prepare and deliver product presentations, including product demonstrations online

  • Identify key decision makers within the client’s team

  • Develop innovative networking skills to drive pipeline development at the decision-making level

Operational (50%)

  • Document new opportunities in salesforce.com; properly disposition assigned opportunities and manage follow up tasks appropriately

  • Generate special reporting as needed

  • Provide support and assistance to manager and team members; effectively engage other internal resources when needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years of related work experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for this position

  • Sales experience with financial services, healthcare, logistics, or ecommerce preferred

  • Experience with CPG manufacturers or Retailers, a plus

  • Strong questioning skills and the patience to hear customer out

  • Good decision making, knowing when to leverage additional resources to move deals past obstacles

  • Able to compose professional business correspondence, proposals and reports

  • Proficient in Salesforce and Conga; able to quickly learn other sales technologies

At Inmar, compensation reflects our belief in integrity, transparency, and the value of individual contributions. The hiring range for this position is:

56,588.63 - 94,314.38 USD Annual

The final offer may vary based on factors such as geographic location, job-related skills, education, certifications, work experience, and other relevant considerations.

Depending on the job level and role, it may include:

  • Annual discretionary bonuses through our Core Company Performance Bonus Plan

  • Equity grants, sign-on bonuses, and other tailored incentive opportunities
