About the role

As a Sales Engineer at RADICL, you serve as the trusted technical advisor bridging the gap between customer needs and our cybersecurity solutions. You’ll work alongside Account Executives and Channel Partners to identify requirements, design tailored solutions, and articulate the business and technical value of RADICL’s platform.

This role blends technical acumen, consultative selling, and customer empathy. A role that’s ideally suited for professionals who enjoy helping organizations modernize their security posture through clarity and partnership.

As a RADICL Sales Engineer, you will:

  • Serve as the technical authority and advisor throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to close.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and MSP partners to design tailored cybersecurity solutions aligned to customer goals.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, security architecture reviews, and proof-of-value sessions.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Support responses to RFPs/RFIs and ensure proposed solutions align with compliance frameworks (e.g., CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS).
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product and process improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Channel teams to drive deal velocity and customer success.

Your skillset/experience should include:

  • Cybersecurity Sales: Proven success selling or supporting cybersecurity solutions with a comprehensive understanding of customer operational and budget dynamics.
  • Partner & Channel Go-to-Market: Experience collaborating with MSPs, MSSPs, or resellers to drive joint pipeline and co-selling opportunities.
  • Technical Credibility: Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity principles — network security, endpoint protection, compliance, and incident response.
  • Value-Based Selling: Ability to communicate security value in terms of risk reduction, compliance readiness, and operational impact.
  • Systems-Driven Mindset: A structured, data-driven approach to achieving goals and maintaining CRM discipline.

About the Workplace

For this reason, we have a hybrid work model. As a team, we are in office M/W/Th with work-from-home on Tuesdays and Fridays. For remote positions, periodic travel to Boulder will be expected to participate in company events and meaningful side-by-side collaboration opportunities.
