We are seeking an experienced and driven Global Sales Enablement Specialist to support and enhance the training, development, and performance of our worldwide sales team in the cybersecurity software industry. This role will focus on creating and delivering scalable enablement initiatives that improve sales readiness, drive adoption of best practices, and accelerate revenue growth globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Training Delivery: Design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding, product, and skills-based training for global sales teams across regions and time zones.

  • Content Development: Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Leadership to develop sales playbooks, competitive guides, presentations, and other enablement resources tailored to regional needs.

  • Program Management: Support the execution of global sales enablement programs, including sales kick-offs, certification paths, and ongoing learning initiatives.

  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and improve the global sales enablement platform/portal to ensure sales teams have easy access to up-to-date materials.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on enablement activities, training completion rates, and their impact on sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Regional Alignment: Act as a liaison between headquarters and regional sales leaders to adapt enablement content to local markets, languages, and competitive dynamics.

  • Tool Adoption: Support the rollout and adoption of sales tools, CRM enhancements, and learning management systems (LMS).

  • Event Support: Assist with planning and execution of global sales events, workshops, and webinars.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field within the software or SaaS industry.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity software, sales processes, and enterprise buying cycles.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience delivering to global audiences.

  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), sales enablement platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones and cultures.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a global sales organization or multinational company.

  • Instructional design or adult learning certification a plus.

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, BANT).

  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and linking training to sales outcomes.

  • Multilingual skills are highly valued.
