LastPass is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager:
LastPass is looking for someone who can elevate our global Sales team through strategic, high‑impact training programs. We want a collaborator who thrives in fast‑paced environments and can translate complex product knowledge into engaging, effective learning experiences. This role calls for a facilitator with strong communication, organization, and program‑management skills who can partner across teams to drive sales readiness. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our teams learn, grow, and confidently represent our products in the market.

This role follows a hybrid work model and requires working onsite in our Denver, CO office 2–3 days per week.

Who will you work with?
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with global Sales teams to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to excel. You’ll partner with cross‑functional leaders across Product, Marketing, and other key groups to stay aligned on releases, messaging, and readiness needs. You’ll also work hand‑in‑hand with stakeholders who rely on your expertise to deliver impactful training, drive performance, and support major sales events.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Designing and executing a global, multi‑tiered sales training strategy that elevates performance across diverse regions and experience levels.
  • Creating dynamic, multi‑modal learning experiences (ILT, VILT, eLearning) that strengthen product knowledge, onboarding, and certification outcomes.
  • Continuously assessing training effectiveness, identifying performance gaps, and building innovative solutions that directly impact sales readiness.
  • Partnering with cross‑functional leaders to translate product updates, launches, and market changes into clear, actionable training content.
  • Leading or supporting the development and execution of large‑scale global sales events that bring teams together for alignment, learning, and inspiration.
  • Managing multiple high‑visibility projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality, precision, and speed in a fast‑moving environment.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and project‑management skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work under tight timelines.
  • A detail‑oriented approach combined with sound decision‑making, ensuring training programs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Familiarity with tools that support modern learning environments; such as LMS platforms, eLearning authoring tools, or content‑creation software - is a plus.

It's great, but not required: 

  • Experience in Sales

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. In addition to the base pay, this position will have commission. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

US Base Pay Range
$89,000$110,000 USD
