  • Design, develop, and maintain eLearning components, including self-paced modules, interactive content, assessments, and certifications.
  • Own and manage the Sales experience within the Docebo Learning Management System, including content structure, access, governance, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Own and optimize the Seismic enablement experience for Sales, including content organization, governance, version control, tagging/searchability, and adoption reporting.
  • Maintain a high-quality Gong library by curating playlists, standardizing naming conventions and tagging, partnering with stakeholders on call priorities, and ensuring content is easy to find and consistently used.
  • Scope enablement trainings, manage timelines and milestones, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Learning and Development, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Talent Acquisition, and subject matter experts to align programs with business priorities.
  • Define goals, KPIs, and success metrics to measure effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage enablement analytics and communicate progress and outcomes through regular updates and quarterly reviews.
  • Incorporate emerging tools and technologies, including AI, to improve content creation, engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to a strong coaching and learning culture that reinforces sales process, messaging, and best practices.

What you bring to the role

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Training, Sales Enablement, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
