The Sales Enablement Manager owns the systems, content, and processes that enable our revenue teams to sell effectively, consistently, and at scale. This role bridges Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure our teams are equipped to sell complex insurtech solutions to carriers and enterprise agencies.
Responsibilities- Design and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned to GTM objectives
- Own onboarding, ongoing training, and certification for Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success
- Develop and maintain sales content: pitch decks, demos, battlecards, playbooks, ROI tools, and case studies
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing to translate features into compelling value narratives
- Enable complex deal selling (security, compliance, integrations, procurement cycles)
- Drive adoption and optimization of CRM, sales tech stack, and enablement tools
- Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and improve win rates and ramp time
- Support new product launches and vertical-specific motions (e.g., Medicare, ACA, commercial lines)
- Faster ramp times and improved quota attainment
- Clear, repeatable sales motions across segments
- Consistent messaging across Sales, Marketing, and Product
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or B2B SaaS sales
- Experience supporting enterprise or regulated-industry sales teams (insurance, healthcare, fintech)
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with CRM and enablement platforms (Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Highspot, etc.)
