About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a GTM Enablement Manager who can design and deliver world-class onboarding and training for our Sales and Customer Success teams. You’ll keep us organized, confident, and data-driven as we execute enablement programs like sales kickoff, product launches, and ongoing learning built to scale
In this role, you’ll:
- Own New Hire Onboarding: Create and manage onboarding
programs tailored for Sales and Customer Success, so new team
members ramp up quickly and confidently. - Lead General Training Programs: Deliver engaging enablement
content—live sessions, e-learning modules, workshops—that equip
teams with the knowledge and skills they need. - Project Management Excellence: Drive the end-to-end execution of
key initiatives—like sales kickoff events, quarterly training sprints,
and GTM readiness—on time and on budget. - Be Data-Driven: Measure the impact of your programs using metrics
like time-to-ramp, knowledge retention, and rep performance;
continuously analyze and iterate. - Enablement Tools Pro: Own and optimize tools like Seismic,
learning platforms, and slide decks (PowerPoint, etc.)—make sure
content is accessible, scalable, and impactful. Leverage tools like
Excel, Salesforce, and Gong. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Leadership,
Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to align
enablement strategy and deliverables. - Curate & Communicate Content: Build, organize, and maintain a
centralized enablement knowledge base; ensure teams can quickly
find what they need, when they need it.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2–5 years in sales or customer success enablement, training, sales or
customer success, or a related GTM operations function. - Demonstrated skill in onboarding, training design, and program
delivery. - Strong project management experience—especially running large-
scale events or launch initiatives. - Effective use of enablement platforms (Seismic strongly preferred)
and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.). - Analytical mindset—you measure, learn, and evolve.
- Excellent facilitator and communicator—comfortable speaking to both
small groups and large audiences. - Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, “roll-up-your-sleeves” culture.
Compensation for this position includes an annual salary of $115,000-$125,000, annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.
