Abnormal AI is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to help optimize and accelerate the performance of our global SDR organization. In this role, you’ll own onboarding, training, and coaching programs that ensure SDRs are equipped with the skills, tools, and best practices needed to generate world-class pipeline. You’ll collaborate with GTM leadership, Marketing, and Operations to refine workflows, improve messaging, and drive an outbound culture of excellence.
Who you are- You have hands-on experience as a Sales Development Representative and/or SDR Manager and are passionate about pipeline generation.
- You bring proven sales development methodologies, best practices, and coaching techniques to help develop the next generation of top-performing SDRs.
- You’re data-driven, collaborative, and motivated by improving team effectiveness through enablement, training, and process optimization.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to help SDRs succeed at scale
- Own and deliver the SDR onboarding program, including curriculum development, live classroom sessions, and virtual training
- Design and lead ongoing enablement programs to strengthen inbound and outbound pipeline generation
- Facilitate monthly in-person bootcamps in partnership with Enablement leadership to accelerate onboarding and development
- Provide 1:1 coaching, support SDR skills development, and contribute to best-practice sharing across the team
- Collaborate with GTM Operations to identify and resolve workflow friction points
- Partner with GTM leadership and Marketing to ensure messaging effectiveness and alignment on campaigns and sequences
- Train SDRs on the sales technology stack (Outreach, Salesforce, Nooks, etc.) and optimize adoption of tools and processes
- Monitor SDR performance data to surface trends, highlight strong behaviors, and identify areas for improvement
- Support the shift toward a high-performing outbound culture and strengthen SDR/AE alignment on named accounts
- 2+ years in Sales Development or a quota-carrying sales role
- Experience with value-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Force Management)
- Knowledge of business and technology challenges, preferably in email security or cybersecurity
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a remote environment
- Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to optimize performance
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to diverse business priorities
