About this Role

Opendoor’s company strategy is two-fold: launch Cash Plus, a cash offering with opportunity for customer upside after an on-market listing; and a 3-product lineup with Cash, Cash Plus, and Listing sold through brokerage partners.

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Enablement Leader to empower our internal and external sales teams with the tools, training, content, and processes they need to execute on this strategy. You will be responsible for elevating the sales team’s skills, knowledge, and performance. 

You will play a key role in onboarding new hires, upskilling existing team members, training brokerage partners, and closing deals to demonstrate what good looks like. This role is ideal for someone who has both great technical skills to deeply understand our products, while also possessing great sales skills.

What You'll Do
  • Enablement Strategy & Execution

    • Design, implement, and manage the overall sales enablement strategy.

    • Partner with sales and brokerage partner leadership to identify gaps and prioritize enablement initiatives.

    • Develop frameworks for onboarding, continuous learning, and skill development.

  • Sales Training & Onboarding

    • Create and maintain structured onboarding programs for new sales hires.

    • Deliver ongoing training programs focused on sales methodology, product knowledge, competitive positioning, and market trends.

    • Facilitate training sessions through various formats (in-person, virtual, self-paced, etc.).

    • Identify top performers and replicate successful sales behaviors across the team.

    • Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Sales

    • Serve as a resource for internal and external teams to close deals or coach the sales team on how to sell Cash, Cash Plus, and Listing.

  • Content & Resources Management

    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and organize sales collateral, pitch decks, leave behinds, playbooks, case studies, etc.

    • Ensure sales teams can easily access and utilize content at every stage of the seller journey.

  • Performance Analysis

    • Analyze sales metrics, funnel performance, and feedback to measure the impact of enablement programs.

    • Create and deliver reports on program success, sales readiness, and areas of improvement.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales.

  • Experience in Real Estate and/or high growth Property Technology company

  • Excellent and assertive communication skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $92,000-$115,000 annually, plus RSUs and bonuses. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
