At Probe Group, we're powered by passion, driven by curiosity, enriched by a purpose to do it better. We work hard and love a good challenge (or multiple). With clients spanning across the Pacific, Asia and North America, we’re no stranger to thinking big and working with innovative minds to achieve great success. We are dedicated to doing things better than the day before, and our exponential growth is living proof that we have stayed true to this ethos. At Probe, expect to think differently, challenge the norm and find your purpose.

Why This Role Matters

The Sales Enablement Lead serves as the operational architect of our sales engine. Reporting directly to the General Manager - Solutions & Strategic Client Partnerships, you will establish the operational rigour, governance, and enablement infrastructure required to optimise our sales process.

Specifically, you will focus on reinforcing the first three critical stages of our enterprise sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, and validating—allowing sales leadership to focus on complex deal strategy and enterprise expansion.

What You Will Be Doing in This Role
  • Architecting Sales Execution & Cadence: Manage and formalise core sales rituals, including owning the New Business Meeting (NBM) qualification process to ensure BDMs are rigorously prepared before presenting pursuits to executive leadership.

  • Owning the Enterprise CRM & Data Architecture: Drive full operational management of HubSpot across the Growth department, designing executive performance dashboards, automating workflows, and ensuring uncompromising data integrity.

  • Deploying Strategic Enablement Toolkits: Collaborate directly with marketing, creative, and pre-sales leaders to build and refine tailored sales playbooks, go-to-market toolkits, central demo libraries, and proprietary AI proposal generation platforms.

  • Leading Commercial Win/Loss Intelligence: Design and execute a structured Win/Loss analysis programme, transforming raw commercial performance data into strategic insights for board and executive decision-making.

  • Managing Commercial Operations: Administer the Growth team’s commission structure, target tracking, and monthly sales performance analytics across pipeline sufficiency and cost-of-sales metrics.

What You Will Bring to the Team
  • Proven Operations Track Record: Demonstrated experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement capacity within a B2B corporate, consultative, or technical environment (experience within BPO or CX sectors is highly regarded).

  • Technical Fluency: Deep, hands-on administrative expertise with HubSpot CRM, including custom reporting, pipeline analytics, and platform governance.

  • Analytical Rigour: A data-driven, analytical approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing targeted process enhancements.

  • Autonomous Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the initiative to independently diagnose operational gaps and execute systemic solutions.

Where This Opportunity Can Lead

We treat operational enablement as a strategic incubator for future executive talent. Through direct exposure to senior growth strategy, solutions engineering, and enterprise client acquisition, this role offers established succession pathways into Solutions Architecture, Bid Management, or Business Development / Client Relationship Management.
