We are seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager with strong expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles to design and deliver blended learning programs that accelerate adoption of our sales technology stack. This individual will create scalable self-paced learning experiences while continuing to serve as the primary facilitator of instructor-led training when live sessions are needed.

Responsibilities
  • Instructional Design & Content Development
    • Design engaging self-paced learning content (e-learning modules, videos, microlearning, job aids, playbooks) that support sales tool adoption.
    • Build blended learning paths that combine on-demand content with ILT sessions for reinforcement.
    • Maintain a repository of resources in the LMS or enablement platform for easy field access.
  • Facilitation of Live Training
    • Deliver ILT (classroom or virtual) on sales tools when hands-on instruction is required.
    • Reinforce self-paced content through short workshops, Q&A sessions, or office hours.
  • Sales Technology Enablement
    • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Operations to align process documentation with tool training.
    • Support rollout of new tools through scalable learning programs and supplemental live sessions.
    • Develop “how-to” guides, quick reference resources, and video demos to drive continuous adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Collect learner feedback and analyze tool usage data to refine learning experiences.
    • Identify knowledge gaps and design interventions that balance self-paced content with targeted ILT.
    • Share best practices and success stories via a “center of excellence” approach.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or curriculum development with strong instructional design skills.
  • Experience designing self-paced learning content (e-learning, video, microlearning) in addition to live facilitation.
  • Proven facilitation skills for both classroom and virtual training.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Siesmic, Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and ClosePlan.
  • Strong project management, content development, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Compensation 121,000-139,400 plus bonus
  • LMS or enablement platform experience is a plus.
