We’re looking for a strategic and creative Sales Enablement Content Specialist to drive the development of compelling, industry-focused sales enablement content for our D&M marketing team.

This role will serve as a bridge between our product and industry marketing experts who define the positioning and messaging for our offerings, and our sales enablement organization who develop and execute training programs for our sellers.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for translating the messaging and positioning into assets that ensure our sellers always know what to say, when to say it, and how to say it effectively. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate product value propositions and industry narratives into differentiated, sales-ready messaging

Work closely with product marketing to develop differentiated, sales ready industry-specific messaging and positioning that reflects our strengths and customer needs.

  • Create Sales Facing content

Develop sales facing content including battle cards, pitch decks, product one-pagers, talk tracks, competitive comparisons, customer stories, and industry-specific playbooks.

  • Bridge Marketing & Enablement

Serve as a subject matter expert for the Enablement organization, translating complex topics into clear, actionable content that directly powers enablement programs and seller effectiveness

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and go-to-market strategy, with a knack for translating complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Proven experience developing sales content and messaging frameworks.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, you thrive in cross-functional environments and can speak both “sales” and “product.”
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling chops.
  • Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations industry-specific experience highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms (e.g., MindTickle), Content Management  Systems is a plus
  • Airtable experience preferred.
  • AI fluency is essential; prompting and agent building experience are highly recommended.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $94,500 and $163,020. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
