CSG’s Communication Design & Delivery organization helps the world’s leading brands design, produce, and deliver critical customer communications across print and digital channels – securely, at scale, and with measurable ROI. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead growth of our print and mail communications portfolio within key markets and strategic accounts.

As a Sales Director in CDD, you will:
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts and prospects in our target markets, with a focus on print and mail communications solutions (statements, regulatory notices, policy documents, and other high‑value customer communications).
- Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies that align CSG’s CDD capabilities with our customers’ communication, marketing, and customer experience objectives.
- Lead and orchestrate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles – from early discovery and solution shaping through to commercial negotiation and contract signature.
- Tell a compelling CDD story – crafting value propositions, messaging, and customer‑ready presentations that clearly articulate how CSG’s communication design and delivery services drive efficiency, compliance, and customer engagement.
- Partner with internal leaders and experts in operations, product, implementation, and solution design to ensure we propose solutions that are deliverable, scalable, and differentiated.
- Create and execute account and pursuit plans for new logo CDD accounts, identifying opportunities for new revenue and add‑on services across our print and mail portfolio.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship building, converting interest into well‑qualified, high‑value deals.
- Lead the full sales process, including:
- Discovery, solution framing, and value proposition design for CDD solutions
Development and presentation of proposals and RFX responses - Negotiation of pricing and commercial terms in line with CSG guidelines
Coordination of internal and third‑party stakeholders as part of the pursuit team

- Educate and challenge customers with unique insights into how CSG’s communication design and delivery capabilities can:
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce risk in print and mail
- Enhance customer experience and engagement
Deliver measurable ROI
- Build senior‑level relationships and advocates across customer organizations (business, operations, IT, procurement, compliance), helping to drive consensus and secure investment in CSG’s CDD solutions.
- Monitor industry and competitive trends in print and mail / customer communications, translating insights into actionable account strategies and go‑to‑market messaging.
- Contribute to regional sales planning, sharing field insights and helping shape our growth strategy for the Communication Design & Delivery business.
- 7+ years of formal print and mail experience within our target markets, with a strong understanding of transactional print and critical customer communications.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize prospects in the transactional print space, leveraging subject matter experts to build credibility with key decision‑makers.
- Executive presence and strategic mindset, with experience leading large, complex, multi‑stakeholder sales opportunities.
- Strong commercial and solution orientation – able to quickly assess complex situations, shape the right solution, and articulate its value and ROI.
- Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) with a track record of influencing, negotiating, and closing complex sales deals.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with a true sales hunter mentality – self‑motivated, resilient, and outcome‑driven.
- Experience as a change agent, building high‑performance internal and external partnerships and driving transformational outcomes within target accounts.
- High degree of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to compliance and security standards and adherence to all applicable regulations, laws (including the Bank Secrecy Act), card association rules, and CSG Security and Compliance policies.

Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$138,759.20-$222,010.08This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
