What You’ll Do
You will be the driving force behind ThrivePass’ growth by building strong broker relationships, influencing benefit strategies, and delivering innovative solutions to employers. Your mission is to combine consultative selling with strategic partnership development, ensuring our CARE values are at the heart of every interaction. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline management to negotiation and closing—while helping organizations create exceptional employee experiences.
You will:
- Bring fresh ideas to the table—we’re all about innovation and continuous improvement.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (we love a good brainstorm).
 - Consistently hit quarterly goals while embodying our CARE values.
 - Achieve assigned sales goals and drive revenue growth for ThrivePass.
 - Deliver compelling demonstrations of ThrivePass’s benefits suite to brokers, consultants, and employers (online and in-person).
 - Develop and execute plans to establish and grow broker relationships and channel partnerships.
 - Identify champions within broker and consultant networks and maintain strong, year-round communication.
 - Influence broker partners to generate high-quality RFPs.
 - Manage a pipeline and generate new business from employers with 500–5,000 benefits-eligible employees.
 - Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with new clients; identify key stakeholders for engagement.
 - Meet and exceed sales activity metrics.
 - Track and update all sales activity and contacts in CRM.

 - Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and forecast accurately.
 - A solutions-oriented approach and the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
 - Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and virtual.
 
Must Haves
- 3–5 years of experience selling HSAs, FSAs, COBRA, Commuter, and HRAs.
 - Existing relationships with distribution partners (brokerage firms).
 - Experience working with employers, providers, or consultants on employee benefit programs.
 - Direct selling experience to employers.
 - Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
 - Bachelor’s degree.
 
Nice to Have
- Experience at or working with broker/consultant organizations.
 - Background in benefits technology or SaaS sales.
 - Familiarity with RFP processes and benefit plan design.
 - Ability to leverage data insights to drive decision-making.
