Delta Galil also sells its products under brand names licensed to the company including Adidas, Wolford, Polo Ralph Lauren, Wilson, Maidenform, Tommy Hilfiger and others.   

Role Overview

The individual in this role will lead the sales strategies and drive revenues across channels for our North American licensed partners. Manage the retailer relationships and operational needs for accounts to ensure on time shipments, in-season reorders, market preparation, and long-range forecasting with a focus on both sell-in and sell-out efforts. Build and lead a productive, revenue driving team with an ability to work well cross-functionally to service the customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across intimates & sleepwear for assigned brands.
  • Lead partnerships in North America at key retailers including Macys, Dillards, Bloomingdales, and Nordstrom with an elevated and professional approach.
  • Lead the preparation of financial plans for each key retailer to be presented each season.
  • Drive new business development across the region in line with approved distribution expectations.
  • Manage team of agents and reps for specialty stores across the region.
  • Forecast seasonal style investment in partnership with planning and merchandising.
  • Monitor replenishment performance and inventory levels in partnership with planning.
  • Responsible for tracking bookings and shipments for the division.
  • Provide input to brand management on special product opportunities identifying market trends, consumer needs, and innovative ideas to drive growth.
  • Follow approval process on all marketing and distribution for existing and new accounts.
  • Develop intimate knowledge of products, culture and business processes in order to serve our partners and the customer.
  • Maintain advanced understanding of the marketplace through conversations, retail pricing, assortment surveys, and market visits.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ wholesale experience in the apparel industry, department store experience a must
  • Sleepwear & intimates experience a plus
  • Strong retail math skills & exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated creativity and ingenuity in developing successful strategies for business growth
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong project planning skills and project management skills
  • Strong in Microsoft Suite (Proficient Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • Travel required 

This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our NYC office 


PAY RATE: $160,000/yr-$185,000/yr
