Flashpoint is looking for a Sales Director covering New England who is passionate about helping organizations protect their most critical assets and people from evolving digital and physical threats. In this individual contributor role, you will be the key driver of growth for Strategic net-new business, providing intelligence solutions that empower commercial enterprises to confront complex security challenges and protect lives. You will help clients navigate the convergence of the cyber and physical threat landscape, making a tangible real-world impact.

We have a role for you if, you:

  • have successfully mastered long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–12+ months) where you didn't just sell a product, but influenced a strategic shift in how Fortune 1000 leaders view risk

  • excel at orchestrating high pressure deals, seamlessly aligning internal stakeholders including BDRs, Solutions Architects, Intelligence Analysts, and Legal with external decision-makers and influencers to drive a unified and successful closing strategy

  • bring deep-seated expertise in cybersecurity, fraud, or threat intelligence, allowing you to act as a consultant who understands the gravity of the "Deep & Dark Web" rather than just a traditional software seller

  • have the determination to build a net-new territory from the ground up, utilizing frameworks like MEDDICC or BANT to ensure your pipeline is built on high-quality, qualified opportunities

  • have a deep familiarity with the unique procurement and security hurdles within commercial organizations and you know how to clear those hurdles efficiently

  • Partner closely with technical resources

What you will achieve:

  • Within 30 days

    • You will have completed a list of prospects and completed an initial reach.

    • Introduce yourself to current customers in your territory

    • Reach out to your network to introduce Flashpoint

  • Within 60 days

    • You will have developed an outreach cadence for yourself and BDR

    • Understand and articulate Flashpoint products and services

  • By 90 days

    • You will have completed all the sales training on products

    • Started to generate pipeline and are close to meeting monthly targets

    • Completed demo’s and POV’s with members from the pre-sales Strategic Advisory team

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a proven track record of owning the full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation to closing for complex, multi-year deals with ACVs ranging from $100K to $1M+

  • enterprise B2B SaaS experience specifically within cybersecurity, threat intelligence, fraud, or risk

  • navigated 6–12+ month sales cycles and sold directly to the CISO’s, VP’s of Security, and leaders across SOC, Incident Response, Fraud, and Risk functions with Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 organizations

  • have proven ability to partner with technical colleagues and successfully negotiate complex software/services contracts with sophisticated procurement teams

  • Deep exposure selling into high-stakes environments, including Financial Services, Government, Retail, or Critical Infrastructure

  • high-level qualification skills (MEDDICC, BANT) and a commitment to data quality within CRM tools to maximize sales velocity

Base Salary Range: $126,300-$160,000 base plus commission
