Role Description
DreamFirms is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will identify and engage prospective clients through lead generation and outreach. Key responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting outreach calls or emails, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. You will work closely with the sales and business development team to craft tailored strategies and contribute to achieving company revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Sales experience, including the ability to guide potential clients through initial stages of the sales process
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, identifying new business opportunities, and sourcing qualified leads
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage and build rapport
- Experience in Business Development with a focus on nurturing relationships and expanding market reach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset
