Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth. In this position, you will represent our products and services, conduct research to identify customer needs, and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach. You will manage a pipeline of prospects, nurture relationships, and collaborate with sales executives to move opportunities forward. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, results-driven, and passionate about building strong customer connections in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Represent the company’s products and services with a comprehensive understanding of their value.
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, engaging sales executives for next steps.
  • Identify and implement best practices to refine the lead generation playbook.
  • Utilize Salesforce, outbound calling, and email campaigns to create new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Positive attitude and strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to building a great team.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar.
  • Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
