Our platform allows employees to order meals from any restaurant while streamlining all of the ordering & billing requirements for the company. Every meal ordered through the Sharebite platform results in a meal donation to local partners like City Harvest and Feeding America to help combat food insecurity. About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will drive revenue through generating qualified sales opportunities in a team-focused environment. Success in this role means hustling on a daily basis, hitting and exceeding monthly sales goals, being proactively strategic, and bringing a can-do attitude every day. Candidates should be based in one of the following locations: New York City, San Francisco (Bay Area), Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington DC, Austin, Boston, Seattle, Minneapolis, Denver or Nashville.
What You’ll Do
- Identify prospective customers and conduct research to formulate effective messaging
- Engage prospects through strategic outreach sequences that leverage email, phone, and social channels
- Partner with Growth Partners to schedule prospect meetings
- Shadow (and sometimes lead) discovery calls to better familiarize yourself with buyer personas and the later stages of the sales process
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Leverage Salesforce.com to manage accounts, prospects, and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive analyses, and industry developments
- Collaborate with the sales team on improving our outbound strategy
- Leverage additional tools like Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, Excel, and G-suite to stay organized and hone your craft
Required Skills and Experience
- 6+ months experience in an SDR or sales role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience engaging with key stakeholders at large and complex organizations
- Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Strong strategic problem solving and business acumen skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Familiarity with Salesforce – proficiency is a big plus
- A player attitude at all times
At Sharebite, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry and market standards. The base compensation range for this role is $60k - $75k per year (OTE: $80k - $100k with uncapped commission), however actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and location. Salary is just one component of Sharebite's total compensation package, which includes equity, generous health insurance options, and a wide range of benefits and perks including a daily meal stipend.
