We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who's eager to connect with businesses across the country to introduce them to Zogo's financial wellness platforms. As the first point of contact in the sales process, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, sparking new relationships, and helping our revenue team close meaningful partnerships that drive impact.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through high volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Exceed weekly and monthly goals for qualified demos booked.
- Target organizations and identify key decision-makers.
- Research specific prospects to understand their priorities, challenges, and potential fit with Zogo.
- Diligently log all sales activities, prospect interactions, and update lead statuses in HubSpot to ensure accurate pipeline reporting and effective funnel management.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting.
Your Experience
- 0-1 year of sales or outreach experience (open to recent college graduates).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, hunter mentality, and motivated by measurable goals.
- Passion for financial education and Zogo's mission.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
