Summary
As an SDR at Geonetric, you’ll engage in Geonetric’s sales efforts by seeking out and executing on new sales outreach strategies, using multi-channel outreach sequences to ensure a full sales funnel to meet or exceed sales targets. You’ll ensure clean and accurate CRM data that drives lead generation and decision making. And you’ll learn about Geonetric’s unique differentiators and speak knowledgeably about our products and services to recommend them based on the prospective client’s needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
While Geonetric employees might get to work on just about anything, this position primarily:
Aggressively executes on top of the funnel prospecting activities to ensure opportunity pipeline is growing consistently, exceeding daily and weekly activity goals.
Executes high-volume cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to marketing, communications, patient engagement leaders, and C-suite where applicable.
Personalizes outreach based on hospital size, service lines, and digital marketing initiatives.
Tracks engagement and optimizes messaging based on open/click rates and call connect rates.
Identifies potential clients based on market research, referrals from existing clients, new leads from tradeshows, webinar data, and cold calling.
Monitors healthcare news, mergers, expansions, and leadership changes to trigger timely outreach.
Becomes knowledgeable about Geonetric’s products and services, success stories, market differentiators, and unique value proposition.
Communicates articulately and persuasively about products and services with prospective clients to build Geonetric’s awareness, credibility, value, and client base. Gathers detailed information from potential clients about their needs and determines lead qualification.
Captures insights about competitor activity, current vendor relationships, and potential RFP opportunities.
Coordinates, contributes to, and assists with sales presentations to prospective clients, ensures budget approvers and project influencers are present.
Maintains accurate, up-to-date records in CRM with activity, call notes, lead status, and next steps to ensure reporting accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Maintains integrity of contact database by updating contact information and ensuring data is accurate.
- Tracks the sales process through the CRM database, reporting on funnel metrics to help predict success rates and identify themes and areas of concern.
- Completes standard, moderately difficult work independently.
Requires guidance and oversight to complete complex work, solve unexpected issues, and make decisions.
Manages established processes, identifies problems, and solves them with assistance.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent required
Typically has a minimum of 3 years’ experience
Professional Skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, including phone, required
Experience in customer relationship management, account management, and/or sales required
Experience selling into healthcare provider organizations preferred
Experience with website management and digital marketing preferred
Phone experience preferred

Occasional overnight travel may be required
