About the Role
As an SDR at Kontakt.io, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by engaging healthcare decision-makers. You’ll work closely with Marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns and collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to build early momentum. You’ll also act as a trusted partner to the hospital systems we serve, helping to initiate relationships that lead to long-term value. This role is ideal for someone with SDR experience who’s looking to deepen their skills—whether that’s sharpening messaging, improving multithreaded outreach, or preparing to step into a closing role.
What You’ll Do
- Strategically prospect into target accounts across IDNs, hospitals, and health systems
- Research and personalize outreach to clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Develop and qualify opportunities to hand off to the AE team
- Consistently hit monthly quotas for meetings and qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Hubspot) and collaborate cross-functionally
- Provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and market trends to help refine our go-to-market motion
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of SDR or BDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or health tech
- Strong writing and communication skills—you know how to earn attention
- Proven ability to book meetings with VP/C-level personas
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable
- Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g., LinkedIn SalesNav, Outreach, HubSpot)
- Experience selling into healthcare is a plus, but not required
Why You’ll Thrive Here
- We’re not just another sales org—we’re a product-led company transforming care delivery. That means you’ll be working on a mission that matters, with cutting-edge tools (including AI) at your fingertips and a leadership team that invests in your growth.
- Note: We believe in using AI tools to accelerate, not replace, your thinking. In our interview process, we’re looking for original thought, curiosity, and a strong point of view. Bring you to the table—not just ChatGPT.
- Let us know if you’d like to be part of what we’re building. We’d love to connect.
