Our Sales Team is based in Denver and works out of our LoHi office 5 days a week. 

What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Development Representative at Productiv, you will be at the forefront of our mission, generating new business opportunities and fueling our growth trajectory. You will embody our customer-first approach, leveraging your understanding of the enterprise software landscape to engage potential customers, identify their needs, and position Productiv as their solution of choice. Your role will be crucial in developing strategies to penetrate new markets, nurture leads, and set the stage for meaningful conversations between potential customers and our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish meaningful connections with our future customers through targeted outbound campaigns, including cold calling and emailing, to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential leads, understanding their unique challenges and how Productiv can address them.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies, ensuring alignment with Productiv’s overall growth objectives.
  • Maintain detailed records of your activities and interactions in our CRM system, providing insights that contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs, enhancing your skills and contributing to a culture of excellence within our sales team.
  • Embrace a “team before self” mentality, actively contributing to the collective success of the sales department and Productiv as a whole.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in Saas with a keen desire to build a career in sales. Demonstrated interest in sales and technology.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • A proactive and driven approach, with a track record of taking initiative and achieving results.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit, eager to learn from feedback and contribute to the team’s success.

Compensation:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-$70,000.  Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
