Run high-volume outbound cold-calling campaigns to US businesses, open conversations, qualify prospects, book qualified meetings, follow up via phone/email/LinkedIn, and log outcomes in the CRM to hit activity and meeting targets.
About the role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll run outbound cold-calling campaigns into the United States market — on the phone every day starting conversations with potential clients, qualifying them, and booking meetings. You'll generate pipeline both for Division 50 and for the client accounts we run outbound for. This is a phone-first, top-of-funnel role: your job is to open conversations and book qualified meetings, not to close.
What you'll do- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls each day to US businesses.
- Open conversations with cold prospects, handle the brush-offs, and earn the meeting.
- Qualify prospects against the target criteria and book qualified meetings into the calendar.
- Follow up across phone, email, and LinkedIn to turn interest into booked meetings.
- Log every call outcome and prospect detail accurately in the CRM.
- Hit daily/weekly activity and booked-meeting targets.
- Proven experience cold-calling into the US market — you've personally dialed US businesses and booked meetings.
- A track record of hitting meeting/appointment-setting targets in a B2B outbound role.
- Confident, clear spoken English with a phone presence that holds up on cold calls to US prospects.
- Resilience and consistency — you can run high call volume day after day and handle rejection.
- Comfortable working US business hours / US time zones.
- Comfortable with a smaller base + high uncapped commission tied to booked meetings.
- Experience as an outsourced/dedicated SDR for an agency or on client accounts.
- Experience setting meetings for lead generation or marketing services.
- Familiarity with outbound tooling — dialers, CRMs, and sequencers.
Division 50 is a lead generation and marketing services agency that helps businesses acquire customers — dedicated outbound SDR teams that book qualified meetings, managed paid ads, plus social content and SEO. If you've cold-called the US market and can book meetings, apply below.
