HighKey is a premium agency serving plastic surgeons, med spas, longevity clinics, and high-end wellness practitioners.
We manage social media, press, and paid patient acquisition for cash-pay clinics doing $250K+ per month.
What This Role Actually Is
This is not a pure cold-calling SDR role.
You are responsible for two things: booking qualified calls for the closer and managing the full lead messaging sequence from the moment a lead hits the pipeline to the moment they show up on a call.
You are the first voice a lead hears from HighKey. How you handle that first contact directly determines show rates, call quality, and revenue.
What You'll Be Doing
When a new lead books or comes in through our ads, you contact them immediately. You confirm interest, open the conversation, do light qualifying, verify the decision maker will be on the call, and keep the lead warm through every touchpoint until the closer call happens.
You manage the full sequence: immediate outreach after booking, same-day follow-up, next-morning confirmation, 24-hour reminder, 2 to 3 hour pre-call reminder, no-show recovery, and pipeline updates in GHL after every interaction. You rotate between text, call, and email. You never let a lead go cold through inaction.
You keep GHL clean and current. Every lead has an updated status. Every interaction is logged. The closer should never walk into a call without full context.
What You Earn
Base pay is $25/hour for the first 2 months, dropping to $20/hour from month 3 onward as commission builds.
When a HighKey agency sale closes from a lead you set, you earn 2.5% of the first year of services.
On an average $70,000 annual contract, that is $1,750 per close. On patient and procedure pipeline sales averaging $3,000 to $5,000, you earn 7.5%, approximately $225 to $375 per close. On qualified shown calls, you earn $50 flat per shown call.
If you set leads outside the existing database, your commission rate on those closes is higher. Self-sourcing is rewarded.
At realistic volume, a strong SDR is earning $4,000 to $6,000/month within the first few months.
This role has a direct path to closer. Closers at HighKey earn $13,550/month at minimum close rates and $19,238/month at steady state. If you perform in this seat, that path is available to you.
What We Expect
Immediate contact on every new lead. Response time from lead booking to first outreach under 15 minutes. Decision maker confirmed on every call before the closer gets on. GHL updated same-day after every interaction.
Follow-up rotated across text, call, and email. No lead goes untouched for more than 48 hours while active.
This is a remote role but runs at a fast pace. You need to be responsive during business hours, organized, and process-driven. Sloppy pipeline management costs the closer and costs you.
Who This Is For
You have experience in a sales support, SDR, or appointment setting role. You are comfortable on the phone and fast on text.
You understand your job is to get qualified, prepared, warm leads in front of the closer. You follow the process, track your numbers, and communicate clearly. Experience in agency, medical, or health services is a strong plus.
Our Culture
Competitive. Fast-paced. High-accountability. Direct. Performance-driven. This is a ground-floor position on a sales team being built right now. The standard is high and the ceiling is real.
How to Apply
