Responsibilities (You Will)
  • Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to generate qualified meetings

  • Research K-12/Higher Ed institutions and stakeholders to personalize messaging and improve conversion

  • Work closely with Sales Director to book meetings and support sales opportunities

  • Manage leads, sequences, and pipeline activity in our CRM and sales tools

  • Learn technical product details so you can clearly articulate our value

  • Collaborate on messaging, objection handling, and positioning insights from the field

Requirements (You Have)
  • 2–3 years of experience in a sales, customer success, or outreach role

  • Strong communicator, fast writer, and comfortable reaching out to executive buyers

  • Organized and self-motivated.  You can manage your day and hit targets without hand-holding

  • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn from feedback

  • Ability to quickly understand our product and communicate value

  • Curious about education, data, AI, and how to influence buying behavior in complex environments

Additional experience the ideal candidate may have (“nice to have”):

  • Experience selling to or working in education

  • Passion for EdTech, SaaS, or mission-driven work

  • Previous experience booking demos or generating qualified pipeline

  • Understanding of the academic calendar and decision-making processes in K-12 and/or Higher Ed
