Generate enterprise sales pipeline through cold calling US decision-makers, LinkedIn outreach, and AI-assisted email sequencing. Research target accounts, identify buyers, engage prospects across channels, book meetings, and maintain accurate HubSpot records. Attend discovery calls and demos to learn the full sales cycle. The role requires disciplined daily call blocks, strong writing, curiosity about AI, US-overlap hours, and interest in advancing toward an Account Executive career.

Tars is an AI agent platform for customer experience. We sell to two personas: Marketing and Customer Support leaders in mid-market and enterprise companies. Netflix, American Express, and Vodafone are among the brands that use us.
This is a full-time SDR role for someone who wants to build a real career in enterprise tech sales by actually doing it, not by watching. You'll build the pipeline that AEs close, and top performers move to a closing (AE) track with us.
What you'll actually do
  • Pick up the phone. Cold calling US decision-makers is the core of this job, not a side activity. Daily call blocks, in US hours, to CX, Support, and Marketing leaders who didn't ask to hear from you. Most of the craft you'll build here is on the phone.
  • Work LinkedIn as your second channel. Personalized connection notes, DMs, and smart commenting to the same buyers - manual, thoughtful, yours.
  • Own opportunity creation end to end. Research target accounts, find the right buyer, work them across call + LinkedIn + email, book the meeting. The founders run the meetings and close - you build the pipeline that makes those meetings happen.
  • Sit in on real discovery calls and demos. You'll watch the meetings you booked get run by the people who close them, and learn the full cycle from inside.
  • Keep the pipeline honest in HubSpot. Notes, next steps, stage updates. Boring but non-negotiable.
Who you are
  • Willing to dial. Here's the honest filter: most people want outbound to be an automation job. It isn't. If calling a VP in Texas who doesn't know you makes you a bit nervous and a bit excited, keep reading. If it only makes you nervous, this role will make you miserable - and that's fine, it's not for everyone.
  • Disciplined. Call blocks happen every day whether yesterday went well or not. We'd rather see evidence of a boring routine you've kept for months than a burst of brilliance.
  • 0-3 years in. If you've done SDR or BD work before, we want to hear the numbers you carried. If you're a fresher with genuine hunger, you compete on equal terms - the assignment is the same for everyone.
  • Genuinely curious about AI. You've played with AI tools on your own, or you badly want to. You'll be working with AI agents from week one.
  • You write well. Clear, specific, human - your LinkedIn touches and email direction still live or die on it.
  • Fine with US-overlap hours.
  • You want a career in tech sales. Top performers move to a closing (AE) track with us.
